We are HTD Health – a fast-growing development shop on a mission to build software that will solve meaningful problems in healthcare. We help ideate, design, build, grow and scale with digital health startups, clinics large and small, medical device consulting firms and other non-healthcare entrepreneurs.  Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, talented, and ambitious Junior IT Admin to join our HTD Health growing team!

What we need from you:

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position;
  • Communicative level of English – you feel okay with speaking about technical things in English;
  • Developed interpersonal skills;
  • Skills of logical and coherent transmission of thoughts;
  • Proactivity and willingness to constantly develop and improve processes;
  • Reliability, creativity, and independence;
  • Interest in the area of IT;

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing 1st line IT support for all HTD employees (180 people)
  • Hardware deployment; accounts creation; licenses assignments;
  • Negotiations with suppliers of software and computer hardware;
  • Supervision over the correct settings of applications and services;
  • Assistance in documenting processes, procedures, and solutions related to IT and security;
  • Coordinating audits and assessments. Consulting results and implementing improvements;
  • Supervision and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System;
  • Cooperation with the ITSec Team in the scope of carrying out identification, analysis, and assessment of information security risk or information loss
  • Identifying and removing both unnecessary obstacles and potential gaps;
  • Keeping, supervising, and improving the security of typical registers related to data security (e.g., users and accesses, applications);
  • Conducting training in the field of information security;
