Junior IT support specialist

What we need from you:

  • To be interested in technology
  • A will to grow in the IT sector
  • Communicative level of Polish (B1) and English (B2) – both spoken and written

We appreciate if you have:

  • Work experience in a similar position

We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:

  • Provide first-line IT support to HTD employees
  • Installing and configuring software on computers in the office and remotely
  • Keeping records of hardware and software
  • Preparing and supervising IT equipment located in the office
  • Receiving, supervising, and dispatching IT equipment
  • Recording and ongoing handling of user requests
  • Google Workspace Administration
  • Assisting in the creation of IT and security-related documentation, procedures, and solutions

    We will review your application.
    Be sure to address all of our requirements.

    We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

  3. 3

    We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

  4. 4

    Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
