- Architectural Vision: Deep understanding of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and API Design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
- Radical Accountability: You are the first to identify and report risks of delay or priority shifts. You proactively confirm that plans are valid, understanding that “no news is not good news.”
- Refinement & Analysis Mastery: You take ownership of the technical analysis for upcoming functionalities, ensuring the team understands the what and how before the sprint begins.
- Estimation & Planning: You set the standard for realistic and complete work estimation, helping the team and the client build predictable roadmaps.
- Client Partnership: You are a natural communicator (C1 English) who can talk to both developers and business stakeholders, creating RFC and other types of technical documentation, explaining technical debt, reliability, and observability in a way that creates buy-in.
- Quality Leadership: A drive to implement best practices that serve as a reference for others and set the quality standards (not only for code but also for how you work with the internal and customer development teams) both internally and externally.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven ability to design and architect large-scale enterprise solutions with a strong focus on meeting strict SLAs, optimizing performance, ensuring high availability, and implementing robust observability.
We Appreciate If You Have:
- Experience in other backend or frontend languages and curiosity for new technologies.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs) to optimize development workflows and code quality.
- Experience with X12 EDI standards (278 for Prior Authorization, 270/271 for Eligibility, 275 for Attachments).
- Experience building CDS Hooks services that integrate with EHR workflows.
- Familiarity with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) for implementing adaptive questionnaires in Da Vinci DTR workflows, including prepopulation logic and conditional question branching based on patient data.
- Proficiency with FHIR libraries (e.g., Firely SDK for .NET) to parse, validate, and generate FHIR R4 resources conforming to US Core.
- Experience designing and implementing systems with strict SLA requirements (e.g., <5s response time), including monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures to ensure service reliability.

- Working closely with clients (and their dev teams) to align technical decisions with business goals, acting as the main point of contact for everything related to our technical cooperation.
- Being the “go-to” person for team talks, internal workshops, and hackathons—actively raising the technical bar for everyone.
