What we need from you:

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Competence in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
  • Ability to conduct in-depth user research, user journey mapping, and persona creation
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design decisions to clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
  • Accountability for the overall design quality and consistency across the product, ensuring all design solutions meet established standards
  • Ability to establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for the product related design team
  • Skills in coordinating design efforts across multiple team members while maintaining project timelines and design coherence
  • Communicative level of English (C1) – both spoken and written
  • Being a team player focused on getting things done
  • Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong “I can learn this” attitude

Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive, functional, and visually compelling digital solutions for healthcare applications. You’ll oversee the full design lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch improvements, ensuring that every product meets user needs, business objectives, and regulatory standards.

You will play a key role in bridging business goals with user-centric design strategies while mentoring junior designers and driving team excellence.

    We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

    We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

    Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
