After joining the HTD team, I was immediately looked after, and the work environment turned out to be very supportive and gave me a lot of development opportunities. I could express my goals and ambitions and actually implement them, influencing projects, organization, and finally, my career path where my starting point was mid-regular to the current position, Product Design Quality Lead.

Having support, stable space for peaceful development, I can constantly improve my skill set and share my knowledge by supporting others in an environment full of professionals.

HTD was my first ever "real" job in IT. When I started, I didn’t have much knowledge, but I got a lot of support from both colleagues and management, which really skyrocketed the pace at which I could learn new things.

At HTD, I constantly grow and learn from others, but at the same time, I can be a mentor to others as well. Here I have a chance to not only be involved in coding but also in business and project-related decisions.

I worked in 6 countries on 4 continents, but nothing compares to my experience at HTD. People that I work with, flexibility & freedom empower me to be truly creative and independent.

At HTD, I am focusing on expanding consulting capabilities as well as creating foundations of software as a medical device department. I am excited to see how the company is growing exponentially, and I am happy that I can use my biomedical expertise to help HTD enter new markets.

Our founders are really future thinking and, at the same time, very respectful to every one of us, which makes HTD simply a wonderful place to work, develop yourself, and make a difference in healthcare.

More than five years ago, I joined HTD. Here I can always count on a dynamic team; that is one of HTD's most significant benefits. Working with the best, most seasoned professionals makes me very happy and fulfilled.

Another strength of HTD is the wide range of exciting and challenging projects that demand an individualized approach and the development of specialized solutions. I love that here I have a real impact on project development and I work directly with the customer. As a result, I constantly learn new things and expand my experience. I strongly associate my continued development with HTD.

HTD truly represents a parent-friendly culture. Working while pregnant, I met with understanding; during maternity leave, I still felt like a part of the company. When I came back, I had full support in combining professional duties and family.

I also appreciate the opportunity to develop my career - in my case, I pivoted from a design manager to a product-focused role and felt fully supported throughout the process.
