By joining our team, you will not be working on projects created for the internship program. You will take part in real (commercial) implementations with actual tasks and in contact with real clients.

Support of Growth Partner
Mentors make sure that their interns do not feel alone with problems and challenges in projects. They support them at every stage of his or her development during the internship program.

Hello World course
We prepared themed workshop-like meetings. The topics are very diverse. We try to provide a cross-sectional spectrum of topics, the development of which helps to work in the IT industry. Examples:

Non-violent communication

Recruitment process
Ready to join?

Send your resume
We will review your application. Be sure to address all of our requirements!

Screening call
We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

Short assignment
We will send you a 15-20 minute assignment to do at home that addresses your business thinking and will be discussed during the technical call.

Online technical interview
We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last about 2 hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and coding skills.

Your resume status
Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. We will update all other candidates about their recruitment process.
