What we need from you:
- Experience in managing individuals and teams
- 3+ years of experience in managing projects
- Ability to grow others and grow self
- Understanding business environment and requirements of the business
- English fluency (C1+) and communicative level of Polish (B2) – both spoken and written
We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of a project with focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivered
- Supporting the project teams, focusing on delivery excellence and continuous organizational improvement
- Creating an environment where teams and individuals can maximize their potential
- Retaining and nurturing specialists who make up your team

SCREENING CALL
We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

ENGLISH AUDIT
We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

FINAL DECISION WITH FEEDBACK
Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
