What we need from you:

Experience in managing individuals and teams

5+ years of experience in managing projects

Understanding business environment and requirements of the business

English fluency (C1+) – both spoken and written

Willingness to participate in the process of building our HTD community in the new branch
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous projects from product discovery through to release and/or maintenance.
- Leading project/product teams and individuals to successfully deliver results to Customers, particularly by inspiring, motivating, removing obstacles and arranging necessary tools and other resources required by teams.
- Cooperation across an organization and actively impact the organization operations, growth and development.
- Ensure that delivered services meet the Customer need and the outcomes agreed between the company and the Client, whilst ensuring the delivery follows good governance, quality and client communication standards.
- Ensure or maintain close relationships with Client stakeholders and a strong client-focused service culture, with highest performance standards for quality.
- Leading and inspiring individuals and teams to ensure exceptional performance.
- Developing individuals to meet their and organizational needs

SCREENING CALL
We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

ENGLISH AUDIT
We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

FINAL DECISION WITH FEEDBACK
Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
