What we need from you:
- We seek a hands-on leader who is proactive, business-oriented, and passionate about both people and product delivery. Specifically, we need someone with:
- Proven experience in IT project management and delivering complex projects in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong background in managing IT teams with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams and fostering their performance, motivation, and engagement.
- Expertise in people management, including conducting 1-on-1s, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
- A hands-on approach—someone who can delegate effectively but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into tasks when needed.
- Experience as a Product Owner (PO) is a plus, particularly in client-facing roles or working closely with stakeholders.
- A business- and product-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value to clients while prioritizing team well-being.
- A proactive attitude with a sense of mission, eager to take ownership, influence team-building, and shape the organization.
- English fluency (C1+) in both spoken and written communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of multiple complex, simultaneous IT projects from discovery to release and maintenance.
- Lead and inspire project/product teams to deliver exceptional results to clients by motivating them, removing obstacles, and ensuring access to necessary resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering a client-focused service culture with the highest standards of quality, commitment, and efficiency.
- Actively contribute to organizational operations, growth, and development through cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure delivered services meet client needs and agreed outcomes while adhering to quality and governance standards.
- Develop team members through 1-on-1 coaching, feedback, and tailored development plans to meet individual and organizational goals.
- Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, demonstrating peer-to-peer and upward loyalty.

ENGLISH AUDIT
We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.

SCREENING CALL
We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

FINAL INTERVIEW
The final stage of the process is an interview with the Head of Delivery, the CEO, and a Board member, which takes about two hours.
