What we need from you:
- Experience in a similar position is welcome;
- Knowledge of the English language communicative in speech and writing (B2 + / C1 level);
- Developed interpersonal skills;
- Skills of logical and coherent transmission of thoughts;
- Proactivity and willingness to constantly develop and improve processes;
- Reliability, creativity and independence;
- Interest in the area of IT;
We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:
- Provide 1st line support for all HTD employees
- Logging and assisting incoming requests
- Resolving simple IT problems
- Escalating more complex problems to higher lines of support.
- Configuring hardware as directed
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and software on end devices (computers, laptops, smartphones).
- Hardware reviews and updates
- Assigning licenses and accesses
- Managing user accounts on systems and applications (creating, modifying, deleting).

SCREENING CALL
We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

FINAL DECISION WITH FEEDBACK
Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
