What we need from you:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience for a Mid-level role, or Minimum 5 years for a Senior-level role .NET (Backend)
- Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong “I can learn this” attitude
- Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
- Experience in writing unit test and debugging skills
- Communicative level of English (B2+) – both spoken and written
- Acting in anticipation by identifying risks and solutions on a regular basis
- Being a team player focused on getting things done
- Ability to understand complex business cases and translate to the working software
- Previous experience working in agile methodology
We Appreciate If You Have:
- Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare (HealthTech)
- Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
- Interest in developing skills further in the Fullstack direction.
- Utilizing AI tools in your daily work and actively seeking ways to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Experience in Project/Product technical discovery. Ability to compare tools, services, and provide recommendations on the best options.

- Close cooperation with client (and their dev team) and strong impact on the developed product

HYBRID WORK MODE
Ability to work in hybrid mode - 3 days from the office, two days from home.

SCREENING CALL
We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

ENGLISH AUDIT
We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

FINAL DECISION WITH FEEDBACK
Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
