Senior Flutter Developer (ARG)

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and best practices.
  • A strong “problem-solving” mindset and the ability to work in an environment where requirements are defined by the team, not just handed down.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken) with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions directly to the client.
  • Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Experience in helping clients define functionality and technical roadmaps based on a high-level vision.

We Appreciate If You Have:

  • Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare (HealthTech).
  • Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
  • Experience in Project/Product technical discovery. Ability to compare tools, services, and provide recommendations on the best options.
  • Utilizing AI tools in your daily work and actively seeking ways to streamline and improve efficiency.

Your daily life in HTD will be focusing around:

  • Delivering readable, maintainable software covered with automated tests
  • Close cooperation with client (and their dev team) and strong impact on the developed product
  • Working in an international environment and using English to communicate
  • Being open to share your knowledge and take part in company initiatives eg. team talks, hackathons, internal events
  • Ability to work in hybrid mode - 3 days from the office, two days from home.

Recruitment process

    We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

    We will send you an invitation to perform an English language audit. We will send the finished report to you.

  3. 3

    We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

  4. 4

    Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
