What we need from you:
- At least 4 years commercial experience in similar role
- Experience in conducting the discovery process
- Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+)
- Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong “I can learn this” attitude
- Being a team player focused on getting things done
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environment
- Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques
- Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes
- Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems
- Can focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights
We Appreciate If You Have:
- Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare
- Experience working in healthcare projects
Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around:
- Analyze, gather and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog)
- Collaborate with business, developers and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (e.g. scoping, gathering requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver the best quality products
- Manage the Product Backlog prioritization – Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Ensure internal and external product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholders
- Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
