What we need from you:
- At least 5 years commercial experience in similar role;
- Experience in conducting the discovery process;
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+);
- Being a team player focused on getting things done;
- Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong “I can learn this” attitude;
- Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques;
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environment;
- Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes;
- Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards;
- Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems;
- Can focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights.
We Appreciate If You Have:
- Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare
- Experience working in healthcare projects
We need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:
- Analyze, gather and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog)
- Collaborate with business, developers and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (e.g. scoping, gathering requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver the best quality products
- Manage the Product Backlog prioritization – Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Ensure internal and external product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholders
- Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

FINAL DECISION WITH FEEDBACK
Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
