People Operations Intern

What we need from you:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (min B2), as well as Polish (C1) – we are an international team;
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools – and not just to put gifs into google slides 😉
  • A strong sense of ownership & responsibility;
  • Willingness to learn & improve the status quo – there’s always a better way they say…
  • Proven ability to come forward with solutions to a variety of challenges;
  • A can do attitude;
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced yet fun & cooperative environment;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Availability to work from our Łódź office at least 2-3 times a week

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating activities related to employee happiness and assisting in organizing company-wide events
  • Supporting the Onboarding / Offboarding processes:
    • initial correspondence;
    • processing of personal data;
    • inputting data into systems;
    • welcome pack management;
  • Maintaining employee documentation
  • Assistance with timekeeping and payroll processing
  • Cooperation with accounting office
  • Ensuring proper circulation of documentation & correspondence
  • Monitoring current office space utilization needs & co-work in Warsaw administration
  • Coordinating processes related to the daily functioning of the office
  • Office purchases both online and offline
  • Supporting research for strategic projects within the People Operations function

    We will invite you to a 30-minute screening call. We’ll be most interested in getting to know you better.

    We will invite you to an online technical interview that will last between one to two hours. We will mainly ask you about your studies and technical skills.

  4. 4

    Candidates from the Technical Interview step will receive feedback about their performance. The selected candidate who met our requirements and successfully completed the recruitment process will receive an offer.
